Another great aspect of this hotel is its location. It is just a minute's walk away from the Shinsaibashi Subway, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and greeted me warmly every time I stepped out of the elevator. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again whenever I visit this vibrant city.

I had a fantastic stay at this Osaka hotel. the value for money was impressive - I was able to get a Healing Room with a foot massage at a great price. The location was also perfect, just a short walking distance from Shinsaibashi Station and close to various shops and restaurants. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided in the room were more than satisfactory, and I particularly enjoyed the quiet and cleanliness of the space.

The hotel staff could benefit from improving their English language skills to better assist their guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Osaka and I must say that it was great value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the excellent location near the center of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the basic amenities provided and the fact that the hotel offered rooms on higher floors. Additionally, the included breakfast was a nice touch, although the selection was slightly limited with only toast available as the Western option.
